Frequently Asked Questions

At Evergreen we don't just sell energy solutions, we improve them every day.

How long will my Power Station hold a full charge if I'm not using it?

If you don't use your Power Station, it can maintain a full charge for 12 months. However, we strongly recommend using and charging the battery every 3-4 months for optimal lifespan and storing your Power Station plugged into an electrical outlet or solar panel, if possible.

Can I use third-party (another brand) solar panels with my POWER STATION?

Yes, absolutely! You can use solar panels from other brands, as long as you consider the maximum voltage your power station receives. Be careful! Stringing third-party panels together can be dangerous if done incorrectly. Seek professional expertise when combining panels from other brands with your 600W, 1200W, or 2400W power station.

What can I connect to my Power Station?

Depending on your Power Station model, you can connect everything from mobile devices to high-consumption tools. For example: Smartwatches, cell phones, laptops, TVs, action or professional cameras, projectors, light bulbs, fans, household appliances, and power tools.

Can I use and charge my Power Station at the same time?

Yes! You can do it, but keep in mind that the load may be less than what is being consumed in energy.

How long does a 100% charge of my Power Station last?

The load will depend on the total number of electrical or electronic devices you connect. Always be sure to check the power ratings of your devices.

What type of solar panel do Solar Reflectors have?

Solar reflectors incorporate a MONOCRYSTALLINE PANEL, but depending on the model, they may also have a POLYCRYSTALLINE PANEL.

How long is the warranty period for the luminaires and reflectors?

The warranties for light fixtures and reflectors will depend on the model you purchased. (They can range from 1 to 3 years of warranty)

What are lumens and what are they used for?

In simple terms, lumens (lm) are a measure of the total amount of visible light (visible to the naked eye) from a lamp or light source. The higher the lumen rating, the brighter the bulb or lamp.

We've all bought 50W or 60W conventional light bulbs or spotlights in the past expecting a certain level of brightness. It's incorrect to equate power consumption (in watts) with light output.

What benefits do I get from solar lights?
  • Savings on your energy bill
  • Investment recovery
  • Valuation of the property/ or remote areas
  • Savings on installation costs.
  • Protection against potential electricity price increases.
  • To have independence.
  • Minimal maintenance cost.
  • Long service life.
Are the reflectors and luminaires certified?

Yes, all our luminaires, both Solar Reflectors and Powered luminaires, are certified by our certifying body RETILAP .

How long should I charge my solar reflector?

The minimum charging time for the lights is 10 peak hours (2 days during peak sunlight hours). This will help ensure your product functions optimally.

At what height can I install a reflector?

A reflector can be installed at a minimum height of 2 meters and a maximum height of 6 meters depending on the model of your reflector.
